Any Strategies to Quit?

I'm looking to quit both iEra and the forums. You guys have any recommendations to help me quit for good?

This is the hardest one, but easiest one;

Delete you're account on iEra, and try to contact a moderator to delete your account.
If you're still addicted to this game and reinstall it, try to get banned on the game itself and era-go, so each time you try to play the game, it will appear that you're jailed.

It's been like smoking for 4 years (not as bad as smoking, but I'm always thinking about and/or playing Graal)

I would say delete the app and use a different itunes account...but you probably use that account for things besides era. The thing I can suggest is deleting the app for iera, and changing your password to random letters for your forum account (that you won't remember without writing down) and logging off. Find other things to do to keep yourself preoccupied.
