You don't even need gases inside houses like I've mentioned, the only uses that pop up in my head are to stuff up events and for glitching.
Ive said it was an option, like how you check out the "public house" and uncheck it. Like that ^_^ sorry if you dont understand.

Most times I enter houses from players like schools, partys and so on, I see problems, well while the house owner
is at spawn telling people to enter his house, there can be people placing gas or disturbing the party/lesson.... My idea was to create something like Permission Groups.
It would be awesome to allow people to do things like replace furniture and/or kick players in the house of their friends!

I think this is a really good Idea.
It's a simple, yet nice idea.
Ex Player Relations, Ex Newspaper Team
It's like having a maid or butler in your house. Bloody hell that's brilliant!
Or, if someone is NOT in a certain permission group, they can't shoot or place gas.
Great idea, man.
