Same music as another game

I recently uncovered that Pixel Gun 3D has the exact same music in a map called "Mafia Mansion" as inside the Graal Era bases. If you do not have this soundtrack copyrighted I suggest you find something more interesting. But, if you do have this soundtrack copyrighted, "Pixel Gun 3D" by Rilisoft is using this soundtrack.

I'm not sure if the song is non-licensed meaning everyone could use it.
