I suggest you to go inside several Hotels and just check them out. =] Though this is nice, but needs more furniture and the stairs by that wall doesn't make sense.

Well, for starters, how would I be able to get to the benches? Are they just decorations?

Also, the hospital should have a sign that says 'Hospital', not just a red cross.
