Maybe we can do suka's idea. Example: '' Friend/Best Friend/Unknown Name Logged In/Out '' bottom of screen or top. And same on PM's with Best Friend or Friend or Unknown and without tapping the button just a message on the bottom.
And that house idea its better if you can make Rooms too and advertise for events or for friends or anything else. And house is Private.
And that icons i think its better to reach your friend list or anything else easily by putting the menu at the bottom of your screen and notifications above it or on top like on iPhone when you get a message on Skype or something and choose in notification options where it appears.

Yea, that way if you have like 200 friends, you don't keep getting spammed with them logging on

So?
1. Its at the bottom so you can keep playing or disable it
2. That 200 players cant come online at the same time
3. I got over 200 friends but i dont see so much online

Still, the point is that its going to keep showing throughout the day, wouldn't you rather it only show for like 20 players instead?

Yeah, I don't need to see when someone who randomly added me is online. It would just get in the way.
