Well I wasn't able to confirm with anyone that it was buffed at least...but at least a repair table was added. Last I heard of the Nobe Blade, it could never be repaired so it always did one damage unless you had VIP. So the repair table just lets them get that 2 damage.
It's more of a novelty weapon lol. One of my friends owns a Nobe Blade and I spar him with my starter pistol sometimes, it's actually a pretty even matchup sadly enough.
