2.)Have lots of hours
3.)Be Rich!
4.)Must have many spar wins.
5.)Must have many kills
6.)Must have a good status
7.)Must have a good outfit
8.)Gangs may help you too
I hope it works,If you are a pro already i know you have all of these.
I think all people here are pro already.

What makes a pro, are their knowledge and their skill. It doesn't matter what you have, whether a m4 or a BAR. Don't be materialistic. Do you even have some of the points you pointed out?
