Pizzas:
All of this calculations were made on the 4k veteran room, the best room for making pizzas.
So starting off I will make a mean/average of all the graalats I get per pizzas;

=89, and 11 sums were made.
11/89=8
So now we can say that we're making 8 graalats per pizzas.
Now I have to find the average of the seconds I take to make a pizza, so we could calculate how many graalats we make per minute.

=37.16, and 8 sums were made
8/37.16=4.645
With this we could say that for making pizzas it take 4.645.
With this two calculations done, we could say that we get 8 graalats on 4.645 seconds, that's a lot considering it's 4.645 seconds but there is a timer that doesn't let you grab the table before 8 seconds, making the real statement be; You can make 8 graalats on 12.645 seconds.
But now I would like to know how many graalats I make per minute. That is pretty easy to calculate, I would just have to multiply 12.646 times 5, but there is a problem since it gives me 1 minute and 3 seconds and a half. Considering that you make 8 graalats on 4 seconds without the timer, I would conclude that on the 3 extra seconds elapsed, I would had made 6 graalats, so I will subtract 6 graalats from the final result.
So, that would mean that I make 34 graalats on 1 minute by just making pizzas.
Since now we got our mathematical expression for making pizzas ready, we will switch to mining, the most tough thing to calculate.
Before starting I would like to say that I had the following minerals on my inventory, so every extra mineral I found on my inventory will be subtracted from the old minerals I had;

For a level 4 miner, it takes 28.8 seconds to drill a rock.
Here I will post every seconds it takes on each level to make it organized and to make it easier to make the calculations.

So first of all, how many graalats I make on level 4 (my current mining level) per mining.
First, I would make a average of all the graalats I make per 3 rocks:
+1 quartz = 5
+2 irons and 1 copper =15
+2 irons = 10
+1 silver 1 copper 1 lead = 15
+1 quartz 1 copper = 10
= 55 and I summed 5 numbers
5/55= 11 graalats
By this calculation just done, I could say that 3 rocks equal 11 graalats, that is 1 minute and 26 seconds.
So I could say that I make 11 graalats on 1 minute and 26 seconds, and that is 1 minute and 26 seconds, not even 1 minute straight.
But we need to know at what level mining beats pizza making, so let's jump to level 52, 14.4 seconds it takes for 1 rock, and 1 rock is worth 3.6 graalats, but the max amount of graalats you can make on level 52 per minute is 14.3 graalats, still very far away from 33 graalats per minutes.
But let's make another big step forward and see on level 80.
6.0 seconds for making one rock, you can make 10 rocks on 1 minutes, you're getting 36 rocks per minute! That is the same quantity of pizza making. But nothing is happiness, to get to level 80 you have to mine for 8 weeks and 8 hours, non stop.
So we could say that from level 80 or higher, you are actually making a profit on mining.
Oh, and if you're wondering how many graalats you get on level 99, here is your answer;
Basically we're making 0.3 rocks per second, that is 10 rocks per 3 seconds, that would mean that on 15 seconds you make 50 rocks, and on 30 seconds you make 100 rocks, and on 1 minutes you make 200 rocks!!
And 200 rocks would be equivalent to 720 graalats! On level 99 you're getting 720 graalats per minute, and on 1 hour you are getting 43200 graalats, literally you are rich. But again, not everything is happiness, for getting there you're taking 8 weeks and 6 days non-stop.
So the final conclusions are that make pizzas gives you 36 graalats per minutes, aswell as mining on level 80.
And being on level 99 gives you 720 graalats per minute.
