-I want this because I want the players to regulate the jobs they do. Players are always focusing too much on digging... I hope that these people of era won't get mad of this. Other jobs are pretty neglected by others... But if this is implemented, the jobs will be alive again.

Gorgeous idea, but I believe Mailing: Winter should be few $$, due to the fact that most winters are harsh in real life.
