I want to make a serious gang all about basing, I always have... but, I had an epiphiny on something that could be used to gain the upper hand. Can I pay people? Like, in real money? Because if money were to be involved, I could convince quite a lot of people to care. A lot. And call this a power fantasy if you wish, but if I were to sit down and organize a "military" of paid basers through a chain of a ton allied gangs and possibly dominate the server.

That is USD due to the fact that you are paying real money from in real life, so you would likely get either jailed or parma banned.

USD is USD, it doesn't have to be specifically selling an item or account for real money. It could be for anything, I'm almost positive paying people to base for you isn't allowed. It's not worth it either. It's better to use your money for something much more useful and helpful to you.

When you warn someone, there's an option for 'USD'.. which we use for people who ask/give real money.
