Indeed Obsidian is doing shockingly good getting an amazing amount of at least 100 hours weekly but Era rules states that the only ways for getting a guild gun skin as far as i know are the following
1.Gaining 15,000 total basing hours
2.Winning particular events such as Crypt, GST etc.

if there are more ways i'll be glad to hear them.
