jailed for 1666 hours cause of my brother

My brother got jailed for taking someones items from his/her account, being his brother i share a wifi network with him, i log off a couple days ago to use the restroom, come back on and got jailed for 1666 for "taking items and using them for myself" when i had nothing to do with it, this effects my gameplay for 2 long months just because of my brothers actions. This is unfair to me and whoever has idiotic siblings like mine, this needs to stop and i need to get unjailed, jailing someones main account should be enough, jailing the whole IP address is just wrong and makes people want to quit, who cares if they get to play on a noob account or someone elses account, they are not doing any progress for their main account so what does it matter.

We can't unjail the account.
The system we use jails for IP addresses, if we released you we'd release your brother too.
Account theft is serious and not something we can just let slide
