Okay, lemme answer the poor soul's question:
Applying 4 times does not increase your chances of being hired, it just gets annoying as staff members receive thousands of applicants, so your extra applications do not help. Just submit 1 application every 3 months. Be honest in your application and know what you are applying for.

My application just didn't lack quality nor quantity. It contained a few thousand words..

Instead of blaming staff, how about submitting adequate applications?

Haha, that reminds me of how I got hired as mod. Before, not a single admin knew me. Now, I feel like every admin and a couple of Developers know me, like, wot.
