    New staff

    People who have lots of jails or a few should not matter when getting hired or applying for a staff position Just cause (Ex:10warns) Just cause you got 10 warns dosent mean your a total rude person or a bad person on era or a criminal. Staff avoide people who have high and low warns. I mean most of these guys with the warns have MORE EXPERIENCE THAN PEOPLE WITH 0 WARNS. Just cause you have alot of warns does not mean ur bad as im repeating. When a person with high warns gets hired they could be a total DIFFRENT person. They could end up being the best staff and nicest staff. Give players a chance. Because these people who have 0 warns they are all noobs who just started which means when there hired they dont know what to do like in events or where to go. its bull. On myself i agree even though i have about 58 warns im not currently talking about myself im talking about everyone. Give players a chance...

    I have 56 warnings and got hired.
    Its ur attitude that matters.
    Just improve your behavior to other players and respect them.

    It mostly affects the PR applications, but if you are applying for anything else like Graphics, gani, etc. then it doesn't matter, but your skills do.
    Computer Science major? I don't know. What's GS2?
