I made a gun and I want to get it approved and put in as a auction gun how do I do this?

You can't. Unless Bitzsam likes it. Anyways, It's unlikely you've bought and tested all the guns in-game to know what would be new. (Although we have too many guns already, being optimist is the best you can do)

Yes you can do that but only in Gun contests held by Guns Admin. Wait for the opportunity.
Maybe it'll be just sold in Graphics headquarters.
