I think a nice gang reward would be getting a gang shop with items that are made by the players of the gang or admins if they want and the shop would be a clothing shop. (clothing styled how the gang leader wants)

New prize or edition should include that: allow +5 members which will be (choosen by the leader) to have the skin in there house and no one can pull it beside them or without the special tag for the (other members)
That will help alot like insted of walking to the gang hidout and setting tag then grabing the skin just entering house.
Its kinda like hat reward stay in your inventory but the skin stay in your house.
Well obi/gets has a system were you need a special tag and wear it for 27 days just to get a bar skin
