Rewards aren't needed in my opinion. You have hats, gang houses, and gun skins. When does anyone use a car?

They want more loyal and good members,
Gang hat is like a big milestone away for small gangs to reach.
so that should be dropped to 1k in my opinion.
200-500 hours should be something that can help the gang get recognition so members can start flying in.
We need gangs to rise, not fall.
All ideas are kewl but melees and 20+ hats would ruin it. Not disrespecting any ideas but melees would make the skilled/-pro events become odd. And hats 20+ Would be too mainstream everyone would have one then and it will be just hat chasers.
Melees are recognized as strongest team players around era for example, not strongest afkers base chilling.
Maybe more benefit material for lower gangs likewise costo revla said, as nowadays it is hard for new gangs to rise just the old gray elder gangs left.
