They're cool.
It looks very bland though, try detailing the grass perhaps?

Fences on the first two levels are a bid weird, experiment with them until something works.
The last one needs a little work, specifically on the overuse of windows, the difference in wall width, and the general proportions.

first one has weird fences and roofs. The wall borders are practically non-existent too.
Last one uses bottom border tiles in the middle of the wall for some odd reason.

I shall give feedback on this as it uses the era tileset and I suck with Classic.
-Add lining to the Space at which the door will be placed.
-At the bottom of your boardwalk, one overlaps the other....Needs fixing.
-Add corners to the corners of your boardwalk.
