It makes a good trophy and all like freak yeah I ripped a robot's arm off like a total badarse but I feel like I spent way to much time fighting the thing as well as running around somewhat blindly for a bit to get to the boss battle of the quest to just have a giant robot's arm to pick up litter with. Can it please have the ability to launch napalm grenades like the boss can? Or at the least give it a "punch" mode that makes it into an 8 to 10 ish melee weapon.

looks like the trash bag by complex had nothing to do with the Christmas quest.

Trash bag at complex has to do with the door in the concrete wall at the bottom of southridge.There's glowing red coming out of the wall at one place.
Grab it and a door will open.
