Be mature, have a computer, handle the spam and the stress, be active on iEra and on Era-Go forums.

Basically, Understand the roles of the main roles of Player Relations staff members. Learn more about what is expected of staff members and what they can and can not do.

PR: An understanding of Era. Professional and calm. Intelligent. Willing to work with players who can't always express what they want.
PRA: The same as PR with: willing to handle disputes between PR staff. Willing to read applications and file reports about staff activity. Willing to hire and fire PR staff. Willing to acknowledge their mistakes and shortcomings.
Legal threats should go through the support center.
