How to make gang picture

I have a problem with gang picture, I tried to make a gang picture for my gang from paint but fail, the gang picture is like at my profile picture. What program normally people use to make gang picture?

Photoshop CS6. Paint won't get you anywhere.
I don't know if I'm understanding correctly, but if you're having troubles uploading to the graal them I'm not sure it's the programs fault.

Paint.net, GIMP, Photoshop, basically those programs will get you farther than paint...

I personally use Paint.net, really easy to use, and it has a clean interface.

Never use paint.

You can use paint, but make sure its a .png file

I hate using paint unless its for something simple, like placing 3 dots. I use photoshop cc 2015. It's a little bit more confusing than Paint.Net but once you get the hang of it, Photoshop turns into a great photo editor/maker/idk/etc
