    Hey You guys are calisthenics?Well im too .Could you guy help me which combo abs workout
    (home )should i do..so that i can get feel comfortable as i have not being working my abs for last 4 month..i've been focusing training my chest,bicep,triceps,shoulders and back body..

    I'm not Shiz, but this is what he told me to do. Well, his workout.

    ARMS + CHEST
    300 regular pushups
    100 diamond
    50 clap
    25 behind the back clap
    100 Regular pullups
    100 dips

    LEGS
    200 squats
    100 leg raises
    50 lunges

    Don't push yourself too much, but don't quit either.
