What is RC (remote control) in the gfx application

In the application for gfx admin it asks you if you know what RC is and have knowledge of its use. Can a admin explain what that means in pixel art?

RC stands for "Remote Control". It's a way to communicate to all staff on RC chat.
Not only that, but RC is the heart and mind for a server. For scripting, graphic upload, and all the database's files are located in the RC.
