Assault Rifle, Mtar X, Ghost Ripper & GM4?? these guns came from different games... Mtar & Ghost Ripper were guns from CoD Ghost along with the GM4 being a player suggestion weapon from LoneWolf while the Assault Rifle is an MA5 series that came from Halo... were these plagiarized? are there other weapons out there that came from different games?

I don't think a guns name are copyrighted...
You can only trademark names and you can use names and other stuff because of Fair Use. Unless the company precisely stated that you can't use it or they have a problem with you using it which is pretty rare.
