I'm pretty sure it's not an actual item. It's just a gani image. Besides, I'm pretty sure anyone who uses it gets in trouble. I've seen some higher-ups use different things similar to the helicopter before I was even staff, and I'm pretty sure they had permission to use it (or just allowed to anyways).
