    Since i am Technically In Punishment Tech+ (Im Not Stealing Terry's Thread as Its Punishment Tech+ Idea's) I Have a Couple Ideas

    Death's Last Breath
    You Cannot Equip While Sparring.
    This is A Idea generated from the "Last Breath" Achievement.
    (Permanent Perk) (Have to Equip it First)
     Spoiler
    This Perk Allows An Advantage at A Steep Cost. The Perks of The Weapon.
    Damage: +2 on any weapon (Except Mini/Flame/cG/Etc.)
    Debuff's: This Perk when Equipped on a Weapon will cause your HP to Decrease by 1 Every 5-10 Seconds. (NOT A GOOD WEAPON FOR STREAKS).
    Cost: TBD.

    Used For: PK/Base/Fort
    Not Used for: Streaking (You Lose HP)/Sparring (Not allowed to Equip in Spar).

    This is my First idea, All CC is Accepted

    Damage:4 (3 1/2 Explosive Damage*)
    Perks: Hypothermia Chills (This Rocket Freeze's The Person you Have Hit. Causes the Opponent To Slow Down Exponentially)
    Debuff: Recoil/Freeze (This Rocket Has Huge Recoil [Freeze] Which Causes It to take .3 Seconds to Move after you have Shoot)
    Penetration: No (It Cannot Penetrate Any Effect Vests.)
    Compatibility: Arctic Freeze This Rocket will Work With the Arctic Freeze (Next Idea Coming Soon)
    Cost: 100$=125 Rockets (100 Gralats Equals to 125 FrostBite Rockets.)

    Ripper Bullets

     Spoiler

    Damage:+1
    Perks: Bleed Effect
    Penetration: False. Does not penetrate an Effect Vest
    Compatibility: All except Artillery Weaponry and High ROF Weapons.
    Cost: $100=x175

    Bullets will Rip apart your opponent, however there is No Penetration in Effect Vest's.
    The "Ripping" Effect Causes Bleed (2 HP Lost Per every 3 Second's)(Lasting 15 Seconds)
    And a Temporary Chance of "Infection" (Covering that In My Next Update)


    Update #4-

    Infection

     Spoiler
    Infection is One of the Least liked thing in the real world. Now we bring it to Graal (Hopefully)
    Infection is Caused by 3 Things.
    Burns/Ripping/Going into The Graal Sewers (1-5% chance of Infection for Burn/Sewers. 25% Chance of Infection from Ripping)

    Details:

    Debuffs: Slowness and 1 HP Taken Away every 3 Seconds.
    Cure: You Either wait for the Infection to Subside (5% Chance of Subsiding in 5-60 Seconds, 25% Chance of subsiding in 1-2 Minutes, 50% Chance of Subsiding in 2-5 Minutes, and 100% Chance of healing after 5 Minutes.)
    Or You can Stock up on Antibiotics and for 25 gralats for 25 Antibiotics, Its Your Best Choice.

    Whirlwind Of Death
    Warning!: My Mind is Weird don't judge.

    This Perk When Activate Causes a Whirlwind of Bullets to Swirl Around you. (Cannot Use a Gun While Using)
    Damage (When Bullets Hit the Target): 5 Per Bullet
    Bullets Spawned When Activated: 5 (Bullets Swirl Around You)
    Debuffs: Cannot Equip a Gun While Using (Melee Is Able to Be Used)
    Cost To Buy Perk: 1000 Gralats (A "Permanet" Perk)
    Cooldown: 10 Seconds After it Ends.
    Time the Perk Stays Up: It Lasts 35 Seconds Until it Stops

    When you Activate this Perk, Bullets Spawn Around you, Causing anybody Right Next to You To Get Damaged.
    It Lasts 35 Seconds Before it Stops Going.
    It is a Perk you Can use over and over again.

    Now its Time to Create a Real one (Not those RP Ones) In Graal!

    Details: Gym/P.E.

    Gym/P.E. Gives a lot of things you wouldn't of thought of! Here are Things that might come from it.

    Health Boost: Gym Gives you Cardiovascular Exercise, Which Will in turn make a 10% Health boost for 1 Day after you go to P.E/Gym
    Speed Boost (Wont work if you Got the Speed boost from Mercy gym): A Speed boost will Boost your speed To a little under the Speed of V.I.P Speed Boost.

    Cafeteria

    The Cafeteria has All sorts of food and you can mingle with your Friends!
    Food:
    Cheese Pizza: 2 Gralats Each (Heals by 10 HP)
    Pepperoni Pizza: 5 Gralats Each (Heals By 15 HP)
    Hotdog: 3 Gralats Each (Heals By 5 HP but heals you by 1 HP per 3 seconds for 10 Seconds)
    Cheeseburger: 10 Gralats Each (Heals By 20 HP)
    Salad: 5 Gralats Each (heals by 15 HP)

    Updating The School

    Accuracy Class: When in this class, You have to Take a "Test" On the Most Accurate Guns In Graal . Pass the Test and the Accuracy of your Guns go Up!
    Firerate Class: When in this class, You have to Take a "Test" On the Fastest Guns In Graal. Pass the Test and the Firerate of your Guns go Up!
    Damage Class: When in this class, You have to Take a "Test" On the Most Deadly Guns In Graal . Pass the Test and the Damage of your Guns go Up!


    Update #7- Arctic Freeze.

    The Arctic Freeze Gun!

    Stats:

    Damage: 8 (9 Perfect)
    Recoil (Freeze): .195
    RoF (Rate of Fire): .22
    Clip: 19
    Effects: Hypothermia Chill (Slows Opponent down by 60%) (20% Chance of Effect Happening)

    Mode 2: Shotgun

    Damage: 4 (5 Perfect)
    Recoil (Freeze): .290
    RoF (Rate of Fire): .32
    Clip: 15 (5 Shots)
    Bullets Fired: 3 (Stacked for 15 Total Damage)
    Effects: Hypothermia Chill (Slows Opponent down by 60%) (20% Chance of Effect Happening)

    Mode 3: FrostBite Cannon

    Damage: 4 (5 Perfect) (3 1/2 Explosive Damage)
    Recoil (Freeze): .3
    RoF (Rate of Fire): .405
    Clip: 8
    Effects: Hypothermia Chill (Slows Opponent down by 60%) (20% Chance of Effect Happening)
    Exposive Radius: 3 Tiles (Circled Around)

    As You can Tell, This Gun Is A Huge Punch Against Your Opponent.

    Cost: Either an Auction Weapon or EC.

    The concept for your school's classes could use some revision. Perhaps a cap for enhanced statistics on each gun, because an even faster, stronger Bar does not sound fun.

    I like the cafeteria and gym, though.

    I'll just go through the bullets because I'm a little lazy lol

    -Mach Bullet

    So you want to be even slower than bullets to make dodging next to impossible? This has been mentioned before and Meph has made comment on the concept

    Knockback is silly. Also, you said it's compatible with all guns meaning shots will, in essence, combo into itself like some knockback guns already do. There's a big reason why knockback runs on RNG and those that do have the feature have slightly weaker stats for their price ranges.

    -Pyro Bullet

    So....it makes a gun like a grenade launder and it adds burn? You know how people get annoyed with grenade offense/defense in bases? Now think of adding more range to that by using a gun.

    -Vilethorn and Power Bullets

    Under the current 50 hp system, adding 1 or 2 damage has a drastic effect on a gun's "time-to-kill". Think of having a 9 damage Golden Uzi or even an 11 damage Deagle.

    -Range Bullets

    These are ok lol almost nothing uses ultra long range shots other than maybe outdoor PK.





    I remember this really old thread on a simpler vest concept. The core of the idea had only 3 vests: There was the regular/no vest, a speed vest that reduced HP by like 5 but added movement speed for those confident in dodging, and then a tank vest that added like 5 HP but reduced movement speed.
