-Mach Bullet
So you want to be even slower than bullets to make dodging next to impossible? This has been mentioned before and Meph has made comment on the concept

-Acro Bullet
The reason we are able to dodge and weave is because we know where the bullets are going. Removing the predictability also removes from the main concept of dodging bullets.
-Thrust Bullet
Knockback is silly. Also, you said it's compatible with all guns meaning shots will, in essence, combo into itself like some knockback guns already do. There's a big reason why knockback runs on RNG and those that do have the feature have slightly weaker stats for their price ranges.
-Pyro Bullet
So....it makes a gun like a grenade launder and it adds burn? You know how people get annoyed with grenade offense/defense in bases? Now think of adding more range to that by using a gun.
-Vilethorn and Power Bullets
Under the current 50 hp system, adding 1 or 2 damage has a drastic effect on a gun's "time-to-kill". Think of having a 9 damage Golden Uzi or even an 11 damage Deagle.
-Range Bullets
These are ok lol almost nothing uses ultra long range shots other than maybe outdoor PK.
I remember this really old thread on a simpler vest concept. The core of the idea had only 3 vests: There was the regular/no vest, a speed vest that reduced HP by like 5 but added movement speed for those confident in dodging, and then a tank vest that added like 5 HP but reduced movement speed.
