I wouldn't say prison its a little bit like being stalked but the thing is when the gang is not basing and you could still see the team on the map

And also they should do something like when a member kick someone A message will be sent to the leader which says:
"Slapjack kicked Tim" or something like that

Add this. Actually please someone add this; it's perfect. A player is making a choice when joining a gang. He/she will be aware of the fact that leaders will be seeing them on map. By saying yes to that recruit message they will basically sign a contract. As long as players can hide off map after leaving the gang I see no reason for this idea not to become a reality.

I hate this mentality of seeing people going out to enjoy the game as slacking. Maybe they need to make money to get BAR, or they want to go spar some and get to that hat they have been wanting. You know. Playing the game. Like you are supposed to.

Especially gangs that base 24/7. You can't even enjoy yourself anymore. Before you say "just leave" lots of times your close friends are also in the gang and you want to spend time with them. It's always not that easy to just leave. At least for me.

Nah, he can spar or save money as long as he asks for leader's permission
