Hel... Heck yes! If I were to win the PBJ (lol) then I'd buy an affordable home somewhere in NY and just spend my money wisely, living off of the interest.
New York is not a place you want to go when you win the lottery. People over there get killed for 600 usd, 1.5 billion USD? Man, they would disintegrate you.

Well I would really just see what I need like paying for my house and other bills. With the remainder I would save for college, buy new clothes. I can't really say what I want because my mom and dad want that money ����

Well they do take about 40% of that money away from you depending on what state you live in but $600,000,000 is still a lot. I would save that money for future investing and I would buy some land.
