Gani Usage Question

After I created a gani and upload it to a server, the following issue takes place:

* Only I can see the gani when using. Others still see me as Idle.
* When others use the gani they become invisible but only they see themself as invisible.
* Even after they downloaded the sprite and gani it still remains invible for them.
* It is functioning fine on a NPC and visible for everyone.

I am no gani expert and im wondering if someone could help me out on this
