Put Custom Skins In Game???

Is it possible to make custom heads, clothes, animations(like a pet walking near you) etc and be able to use them in game? If I could be directed to the tools to make my own custom skins etc and how to use them that would be great. Thanks

You can make a walking dog or cat as a shield.

You can make custom heads and bodies.
Heads - 10,000 Gralats
Bodies - 20,000 Gralats
Shield - 2,500 Gralats.

There are so many copyrighted shield
Im pretty sure you can amke a copyrighted shield
