Hi everyone.

So I've been super busy over these past few weeks due to work. Just yesterday I caught something that I wasn't too concerned about and just carried on with my normal day. Today however, I'm horribly ill. My nose is clogged, my throat is dry, my voice is raspy, I have a headache and a bad cough, and I really can't be sick for too long. So, I was wondering if any of you have effective ways of curing types of sicknesses like these. I'm aware of all the traditional ways but if anyone can post something unique that they find helps a lot I would very much appreciate it. Thanks!

Your body needs a lot of Vitamin C to build up it's Immune System, thus eating Oranges or even Artificial Vitamin C will help.
In addition to the vitamin C, I would advise you to drink some ginger tea; The ginger tea helps you sweat thus relieving the feeling of illness.
Get Plenty of rest and Drink a lot of water.

Waiting helps, Bulletzone is right, its winter, you should pay more attention to your health nowadays lel

Don't blow your nose, having your nose clogged is unpleasant but don't, it will prompt your body to produce more fluid, you have a headache, so I'm assuming you can barely inhale? If it gets too heavy visit a doctor lol. Natural means may help, but what else can I say? A doctor job's is to take care of people's (and him/her) health
