I just now figured out... the server rounds damage to the nearest whole number. I got hit by a 4.5 damage minigun bullet and took 5 damage. Now how does 100 health sound, knowing you can't shove in a half point of damage without problems?

No offence, But this post really wasn't needed.
The Minigun (4.5 Damage) is Sometimes going to do 5 Damage no Matter what. Since 4.5x2= 9 (2 Minigun Bullets). So the first one would do 4, Then the next one Would do 5, Since ingame you can't Have a 10.5 or 15.5 HP Amount.
100 HP? Absolutely not. Even though I may not agree with the .5 extra damage, it's not like every gun has it.

The damage is 4.5 because you can't get hit by just one bullet from the mini-gun since its super fast shooting.
I see... There should also be a decimal system in the 50HP.

Actually, you can!
when health is lowered to 2hp or so. Get poked by the normal trashpick dealing 1.5 dmg. You will still be alive. But your hp will be gone on your status page. Indicating that you have "none/0". But you will remain to stay alive. Proving every .5 counts
They want to see you do good.
