A question about Ganis

Does anyone know why when we upload a gani to a server only the one who uploaded it can see it? the rest can't, we really need the answer, because we are trying to add many ganis for our server contempo but the other staff can't see them.

I think you can set them to private, but I might be wrong.

you can't set ganis to private, unless you make a weapon which only shows it on clientside.
