I have an idea:

Anyway, that bar could serve something. Let me elaborate. Say your total activity percentage is over 60% in January, that earns you an Event Coin.
So basically, having an activity percentage of 60 and over would give you an Event Coin per month. However, If you go under 10% at any given time during the month, your EC is not given to you.
So it's an EC reward system that could potentially work, but the only real threat to this system are the people who AFK on the forums page. I suggest that after 5 minutes of inactivity, the webpage could close itself to prevent AFKers getting some Easy EC.
