I've seen others with it but it's probably just this particular admin that does not accept it.

I have the same custom in yellow. the custom is fine. an old pr had it as well. Its a perfectly fine custom. just re upload and it should be fine
That ^ and you have to wait till the admin you think declined it, to get offline.
