Custom Uploaded In an acc yet does not let me use it. How do I remove it?
I uploaded a custom off a website. Everything went completely fine until I cannot use this head. I cannot refund it. I logged out, reset my phone, I tried everything to use it and trying to remove it off my account. I have no clue what is going on and I spent 20k on it. Meaning, I wasted my monay. It is still in my account. I have no idea how to remove it.
When I try to use this head, it automatically switched to another head in page 1. I think the lag caused this? ///

That's strange. Make a ticket including your Graal ID so staff can look into it, because that's really weird that you're not able to use it.
