It is Based on Forum Posts, as far as i know, it goes 0-50 "Newcomer, 50-99 "Soldier", 100-499 "Veteran", 500-999(?) "Street Boss", 1000-4999(?) "Big Cheese" 5000-??? "Don"
They shouldn't have based it on posts, because I know players who would spam the forums for words as their Forum title.
