PR Hiring System Suggestion

This may have been said before but ill just re-pitch this idea. Throughout talking to some of the community of era most would suggest that for player relations hiring if it was a community voting it would be a smoother system. My suggestion is that for player relations hirings that the community on era vote for the people they feel can help improve this server. As you know some people get hired solely based on the fact of their connections with other staff members that gives them a recommendations. Its also a some-what a biased system for hirings as well. Yes, I know some hirings would be based on popularity mainly thats why if they still send applications in, and staff pick the applications then list the best applicants and let the community vote for who they think could mainly help the server. I would like to know what you guys think about this.

Good point. Like i said their application still has to run through the other staff. Im pretty sure if staff notices they are promising people things or get caught doing that they would be automatically terminated from becoming staff. This is not for running era either this is just for a spot on player relations team. Not a developer position just a member of a team.

The irony in your statement, Mike, is that communist Bernie Sanders is actually the one doing this exact thing. "Education should be a right, not a privilege. We need a revolution in the way that the United States funds higher education". Yeah, education should be a right, but in that "right", why in God's name should the rich be the one paying for it? Liberals may tell us Trump-supporters that we'll soon "feel the Bern" or whatever nonsense they spout. The thing is, we'll all surely feel the "Bern". Wait until it's tax day when Sanders is president. You'll regret voting for that communist whackjob. Trump is no doubt a sensible choice this election season. He's the most qualified candidate by far, given his anti-establishment record and desire for a smaller state government, his large and extensive business experience, his great family life, his traditional Christian values, and great nationalistic pride in the United States of America. Trump is the full package, while Bernie Sanders is the expired package. Socialism should be dead, not revived and brought to the United States. That'd be an absolute disaster, and after what Barack Obama did to this country, we don't need more disasters, pal, trust me.

Back to the thread. OP, I think the hiring system is fine as is. It's not broken, so why fix it?
