Just above the pond where the shark shop can be found (when the water isn't frozen) [the one under Soccer place] there's a mysterious man standing there. If you touch him he says, "The Path Has Now Revealed Itself." I just noticed this today so I don't know how long it's been there. Anyone know whe he's talking about?

That's been there for awhile, if you go to southridge at those walls, there should be a reddish light trying to peak out of one of them. It's for the exotic coin guns.

at southridge there is a glowing red light at the bottom right of the island, grabbing it will open a door and you can enter.
The guns cost 150k and 1 exotic coin.
