Has 3 firing modes
Burst-3 dmg per bullet with stacked damage and has low freeze.
Auto-7 dmg not stacked and shoots fairly fast with med freeze.
Semi-8 dmg and shoots as fast as m4 with med-low freeze.
Also has a bayonet ability.
Cost-85k

First of all, we already have an M16A1. It's called the M16, they're both the same. Second, an M16, no matter what variant, can't have all 4 firemodes. It's either safe/semi/burst, or safe/semi/auto. I like the creativeness though.

Just made it the m16a1 so there would be no confusion between m16 or m4a3
