I need help era is stuck on the loading screen i reloaded the page like 20 times and put foil on my router still it wont Load help please

Restart your Wi-Fi on your phone.
Restart your router.

Maybe instead of using the foil try and slather it in baby oil get it all greased up for best results .


In all seriousness though. If on PC which it sounds like you are try to clear history. Make sure no other programs are running as it could slow down you PC. If on mobile redownload app. Clear cache. Turn off phone and turn back on. Disconnect/reconnect to internet.

Any of these might work:
- (blatantly) turn on and off the device you're on
- disable other running programs/applications
- disable any active firewalls
- clear the app's cache (if you're on Android, don't know about iOS)
- re-install the application
- reboot your router
- give it some time and try to connect later

Try to download Puffin Browser on app store or play market and try to play graal there, if it works your wifi works fine too.
