If you would like a nice steady assured streak, then Anywhere near the East Post office(Near Tachi Trade Tables).

Kenny has some good points. Anywhere near the dairy hut, ammo mart, or any of the lanes if death will do well. Find what suites your skill level. I personally PK near the ammo mard, dairy hut, and the bottom lane of death
