1. Draw an orange cloud with some round shapes as an outline.

2. Add some circles inside the circular outline with a lighter orange.

3. Add more circles inside the lighter orange circles.

4. Add orangish yellow inside the last circles you drew.

5. With reddish orange, add spaces between circles.
