5 sevens are extremely fast dps. Sadly then there is the bar. Minigun and auction weapons. M107 or dsr and p2ks. There is a lot of fast killing guns. The five sevens are i think slightly faster fire rate than p2ks. Dealing 2 damage less when perfect. Which isnt a big deal
They want to see you do good.

TTK= PBP or M107 (close to BAR, hit timer made M107 faster)
Honestly TTK is 90% DPS lmao
Also no WH64, WH64 pre-nerf do have the lowest TTK, but they reduced WH's Flame clip so you'll have to reload every 2nd shot
DPS Non EC (No Hit timer): Fnp90 -8 Damage and The rof Is 1.5x Faster than a friggin bar-
DPS EC (No Hit timer) Flame Thrower. -Its Flame damage is Like 4 or 5 i believe and thats like a 30% chance. so 10 Damage lol-
If im not mistaken, doesnt metalstorm shoot faster than fnp90?

True, but there's no such thing as no hit timer ;o
Only low hit timer, and you know what happens when you empty a fast gun that doesn't stack point blank
