Which are drop-able (able to trade)?

Also, if they are, do you know how many shells they are worth?

yes the doll template that thing is tradable

its hard to explain it
its a separate item
say you choose a doll from the doll item once you pick one you can show it
but if you find the bear costume in your inventory use the bear costume and that doll you chose face is on the bear costume
