Receive hearts by streaking, not by taking flags

As I said in the other thread about farming hearts, this needs to be changed.

Change it to receive 5 hearts for each 50 streak, that way everyone has a chance and has to work for it and isn't so easily corruptible.

Only basing gangs and cliques with the right weapons have a chance to get hearts right now plus Ace made it known on the other thread farming hearts by allying and switching flag isn't allowed.

New and lesser players have little to no chance to get hearts if its determined by taking flags.

Change it to streaking.

I don't see why not, but oh man.. Imagine all those boosters and bullet spam? I bet the lag will spike the whole system, but we don't know until we try it. I'd say to give it a go.

Except, Valentine's is already over. Staff will probably remove the shop in a week or few days, so it doesn't matter this year anymore.
