Staffs are a healing item, hence healing is illegal inside spar complex. Mini Gun is too OP giving a lot of spam of bullets, increasing lag of the opponent, due to all the bullets in a room. With that said, I am sure it's also banned. BARs, on the other hand, do spam, too, but they have a freeze.
