All I see is you trying to assert yourself in an egotistical way, contributing nothing but excuses or arugements why staff can't do this or that or why what i'm saying is wrong...
PRs should be required to take a class in customer service, because that's all you really are, a customer service rep who should be serving and helping the customers (the players).
If you said half the stuff you say to a customer you were employed to serve, in the real world, You'd be fired. Because it does nothing to help the players, again, the reason you have a job.
I also know popularity plays a huge role in staff hiring rather who's the best to do that job.
