They didn't all die in one episode. They all died in 3 minutes XD. it was all Sams fault though. He had a chance to go with Gabriel and Judith but NOOOOOO. He decides to get his family killed instead. Nice.

I think the biker gang are going to be a big part, as they reffered to their leader as "Neegan", and I have been told that Neegan plays a big part in the comics. Only time will tell

In the comics i've been reading Negan kills Glenn, because the group has "killed more then hes comfortable with"
